These General Terms and Conditions constitute the contract by which the Company offers and insures the Service and apply for the Orders placed by the Customer with the Company by telephone, on the Internet via our booking page.By using the Service, the Customer acknowledges and accepts all the terms of these Terms and Conditions.

|Orders||Service of the Company which consists in routing the Customer by the Driver to the address indicated at the time of his Order.|
|Society||The company YS Belgium Limousine operating under the VAT number BE 066 085 0904, which markets the Service and is responsible for the delivery of the Customer, by his own means, from a starting point to a point of arrival, in accordance with at the Reservation of said Customer.|
|Supported||Recovery of the user by the Driver at the address indicated during the Reservation.|
|Booking||Reservation made by the Client by means of the courier, the website or the telephone.|
|Service||Transportation service offered by the Company.|
|Vehicles||Vehicles made available for the transport of the Customer (s), up to 6 seats maximum, used for the Service.|
2. OBJECT OF THE SERVICE
The Company YS Belgium Limousine operating under the VAT number BE 06 085 0904 provides a transport service in vehicle with Private Driver, rental of vehicle with Driver, paid transport of persons, transfers and shuttles to and from airports and stations, service made available in Brussels, Benelux, West German and Northern France. The services are ordered exclusively on Reservation, immediate or in advance, available for individuals or professionals 24/7.
3. ORDER A BENEFIT
Several vehicles are offered, and presented on our website. For the moment, the Company is unfortunately not able to offer services with vehicles adapted for people with reduced mobility.
The service is open every day, 24 hours a day, and can only be accessed by reservation, in advance or immediately, by phone or via our website.
3.1 Immediate order
The Customer shall indicate all particulars of the race, in particular the starting point, any intermediate stages, the final arrival point and the name and surname of the passenger to be taken care of during the race.Upon receipt of the Order, the Company shall review the request. If a Vehicle is available, the Company transmits to the Customer an estimate of the waiting time for the arrival of the Vehicle at the starting point indicated, as well as the cost of the journey ordered.
3.2 Ordering in advance
The Customer may order a service from the Company before the date and time of departure of the race in question. The delay can be from 1 month maximum to 1 hour minimum before the scheduled departure time.The Customer indicates the date, time and place of departure, the possible intermediate stages and the final point of arrival, the other possible features of the race (scheduled waiting time, additional indication for the place of rendezvous , etc.), as well as the surname and first name of the passenger (s).Depending on the number of Orders already registered at the chosen date and time, the Company reserves the right to refuse Additional Advance Orders.The Company registers and reviews the request, without proceeding to an immediate Booking of the Vehicle at the time of the Order. The study of the request is carried out in the hour preceding the scheduled time of departure, according to the place of departure, and the conditions of circulation.
3.3 Order from an airport
During the Order, the Customer must specify the airport, the date of the race, and the flight number.The expected landing time and the arrival terminal, which may be modified by the flight conditions and the airport authority, may be specified but are not contractual.The responsibility of the Company can not be engaged in case of erroneous information indicated by the Customer (incomplete flight number, date error), or in case of erroneous information relating to the reference flight for the race, transmitted by the service. 3.4 Order by telephone
The Telephone Order service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, by calling our numbers: “(+32) 485803682” and “(+32) 484744765”.The Order is payable by credit card during the phone call, or any other means of payment put in place by the Company.
3.5 On-line ordering (website, mobile Internet)
The Customer can place an Order online, via our reservation form.No additional costs are levied by the Company on the price of the race, except for any additional cost due to the waiting time of the passenger by the Driver at the point of departure.
3.6 Modification and cancellation of the Order
The Customer can modify or cancel the Order placed by phone, by internet via our contact form.Any cancellation made by the Customer less than 48 hours before the beginning of the service or any absence of the Customer during the assumption of responsibility, except in case of force majeure, will result in the loss of all the sums paid.A cancellation made by the Client in case of force majeure (hospitalization, accident, death, etc …) will result in the loss of 30% of the sums paid as fixed and irreducible compensation.In the event that the Company can not make available the Vehicle provided for in the contract, the sums paid will be refunded in full to the beneficiary, without recourse and without compensation for any damage suffered.If a case of force majeure or external event, beyond our control, occurred during the performance of the service, the Company could not be held responsible in case of non-performance or delay of this service.Is considered as such, any external event, unpredictable and irresistible (traffic jams, riots, all kinds of strikes, storms, accidents, deviations, weather conditions, various events etc … as they are appreciated by the Belgian case law.
The payment of the services offered by the Company, including the payment of the Order is made by electronic payment secured by credit card via the system developed by Paypal that allows secure transactions according to banking security standards, with an encryption system.The secure system allows the bank details (credit card number, expiry date …) provided by the Customer are not intercepted by a third party.By providing the bank details, the Customer agrees in advance and without condition that the Company proceeds with the secure transaction. The Customer therefore authorizes his bank to debit his account in advance in view of the records or statements sent by the Company.
The passenger receives an SMS of confirmation of arrival of the Vehicle at the place of departure. The passenger must report to the Driver as soon as the Vehicle arrives at the point of departure in the case of an Immediate Order and at the agreed time in case of Order in advance.In the absence of the Passenger, the Driver’s waiting time is not charged for the first 15 minutes after the arrival of the Vehicle at the point of departure. After 15 minutes waiting time, the waiting time is charged 0,65 € HTVA per minute, starting from the first minute of waiting.
6. OBLIGATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITY
The service offered by the Company is to provide a vehicle-to-driver transportation service. The Company is thus held to a simple obligation of means and implements all its best efforts to satisfy the request of the Customer.
The Company is guaranteed by a reputable insurance company which covers the risks related to its activity in accordance with the legislation in force.Passengers are considered third parties vis-à-vis the Driver, and are covered for all bodily, material and immaterial damages that they may suffer as a result of a traffic accident and this in an unlimited way for bodily injury , since the climb in the Vehicle until the descent, except for the damage caused by their fault.
6.2 Availability of the service

6.3 Vehicle Availability and Transportation
The liability of the Company can not be incurred in case of Vehicle unavailability.In the event of force majeure (external, irresistible and unforeseeable event), the Company can not be held liable, in particular in the following cases: breakdown or malfunction of telecommunication networks (Internet, telephony …) preventing the availability of the service. 6.4 Travel time
Estimates of the travel time communicated by the Company to the Customer during the Order are provided for information only.These travel times are calculated from standard time estimates, are not contractual and can not in any way engage the responsibility of the Company.In the event of a trip of particular importance to the Customer or the passenger, and / or subject to hourly constraints, it is the Customer’s responsibility to take a precautionary margin in terms of sufficient time to alleviate any traffic or other difficulties. incident.The Company recommends in particular to the Customer to provide an additional margin of precaution of 30 minutes in case of travel to the stations and 45 minutes in case of travel to the airports in normal traffic conditions, and can not be held for responsible for the consequences of traffic conditions.
6.5 Responsibility of the Customer
In the event of damage to the equipment or the Vehicle attributable to the Customer, the Company will reimburse the costs of repairing the Vehicle or changing equipment.Passengers, adults and children, are required to fasten their seatbelt. A fine is incurred by those caught in default during a control by the police.For safety reasons, smoking and transporting flammable, explosive, corrosive or toxic substances is prohibited. The Company reserves the possibility of any possible appeal.Baggage must be placed in the trunk of the Vehicle. The luggage remains under the full responsibility of the Customer. No luggage can be entrusted to the Driver. The Driver may refuse baggage whose weight or dimensions are excessive, as well as those he deems to be detrimental to the safety of the carriage.
6.6 Service Access Restriction
The Company may restrict access to the service to any Customer, without notice, in particular but without limitation, in the following cases:- non-compliance by the Customer with his obligations,- inappropriate behavior of the Customer or his companions on board the Vehicle,- the lack of payment by the Customer of sums due to YS Belgium Limousine for races already completed or canceled after the arrival of the car,- Cancellation of the Order by the Customer after the assignment of the car, 3 times in a period of 1 month.
